Although this is not revenue-generating at the moment, the buyer will receive a fully custom-built solution powered on Laravel. This software/business is great for those looking to grow a SaaS solution from the ground-up. The technology stack is ready, including the code and framework. All that needs to be done is transfer AWS credentials to the buyer, along with the code which is housed in Github. We are happy to open a demo account for those seriously interested in exploring the solution. The buyer can capitalize on this via a subscription model, like many SaaS businesses. Currently, we have a list of about 300 non-paying, inactive users who signed up for the solution (beta). A list of these users will be provided upon sale.
Why are you selling?
My co-founder and I have moved on to new careers in the last few months, and have not had the time to take this solution to market. We feel that there is incredible growth opportunity, especially in healthcare tech. We no longer have the time or budget to continue to support it, and we are looking for someone to take this over.
